Thank you for your recent letter following the annual service, MOT and air conditioning repair to my wifes car. I just thought I would send you a short reply saying that we are completely satisfied with the work that was done. We do stay loyal to Jermyn and Sons as I always find your reception staff very pleasant and helpful and they also take the time to explain exactly what the issues are with the vehicle and what has been done, which a lot of garages do not bother to do. Providing your prices as a main Ford dealer remain competitive, we are happy to use your services. We appreciate there are cheaper and dirtier indpendent garages around, but I prefer to use main dealers if we can afford it.

We (Miriam and Bob) have always been happy and completely satisfied with the work completed and service received from your staff both in Sales and Service. Our Ford Focus car is our pride and joy! We have always received the best of help from your Service staff one gentleman in particular who has been with you for years. A most kind and courteous gentleman (sorry about his beard) but he has been someone we can trust and turn to when we have had any problems.Your recent member of your team from Tunbridge Wells, also seems to be on the ball. Our only gripe, we are both pensioners, but the cost of living is still rising.
