Our Showroom is currently physically closed however we are offering a bespoke Click & Collect service alongside Home Delivery options, you can also browse all our used cars online, take out finance and reserve a car all from our website and from the comfort of your home.

Aftersales Customers

Our Aftersales department has and will remain open and we will contact you if your vehicle is due its service or MOT.

If your car is booked into our workshop then please ensure you wear a face covering/mask when visiting our dealership.

What are we doing to protect against Covid-19?

We have put a number of new processes in place to ensure we are doing everything possible to protect our customers and staff and to fight the spread of Covid-19. We have followed strict government guidance to make sure every area of our dealership is safe. We have put up a number of posters and signs around the premises, all staff have had training on social distancing guidelines and where required we have floor markings in place to ensure a 2m distance is kept. We also take contactless payment over the phone and can complete all the paperwork remotely to reduce time spent in the dealership. Q) What is a Click & Collect Service

A) Our Click & Collect Service enables you to purchase your next new or used vehicle from the comfort of your own home. Simply choose your new car and relax while our team can either deliver the car to your door or collect from an agreed location.

Q) Can I visit your showroom?

A) I’m afraid that as per Government Guidelines, our showroom is closed.

Q) What is your E-Service?

A) Our New E-Service allows you to have a bespoke sales video chat service with our friendly sales team. We can walk you round the vehicle and show features and controls of the car.

Q) How do I arrange a Video Chat?

A) All of our Used Cars have an enquiry box at the bottom. Simply use this box to request. Remember this is bespoke to you, so let us know if there are particular areas you want to see (Boot Space for example) Our standard Video Call would be completed using WhatsApp unless you request an alternative such as GoogleMeet or Zoom.

Q) What if I have a Part Exchange?

A) We are more than happy for you to Part Exchange your current car. We will be able to do a comprehensive appraisal of your car over the phone and may request images from you.

Q) How do I find out finance quotes, or apply for finance?

A) Each of our used cars have finance calculators on the webpage so you can generate your own finance quote, but feel free to ask if you need further help. We are able to complete all finance applications and proposals over the phone or email.
