MG Service Plan
What is a service plan?
A Service Plan allows you to spread the cost of servicing over a number of years, by paying monthly direct debit, interest free in the same way you do your household bills. You can also pay for the Service Plan in full, should you wish to do so.
What is included?
Your Service Plan covers the cost of your scheduled MG Motor Servicing, covering parts and labour. It excludes anything not listed in the scheduled service.
Are the servicing costs fixed?
Yes. All future costs are calculated at today's prices meaning your future car servicing will be free from inflation for the period of the Service Plan. (Note if vehicle mileage increases this can result in the monthly direct debit requiring alteration or a top up cost at the point of service)
Is the plan transferable?
If you change your vehicle for another MG then any unused payments can be transferred from your old Service Plan to a new one. Simply contact Jermyn and Sons on 01323 700033, to arrange a plan transfer.

What is my mileage changes?
Don't worry. Just call us to arrange for an amendment to your monthly direct debit. Alternatively you will be required to pay a top up, at your next service.
What if I wish to cancel?
If your circumstances change and you wish to cancel your plan you can do. Simply call us with your policy details. A refund of the balance of your account will be given.
Why is regular maintenance important?
As a condition of your vehicles manufactures warranty, you are responsible for properly using, maintaining and caring for your vehicle, as outlined in your Owners Handbook. You must also retain copies of all maintenance records & receipts, these must be provided on request. Failure to do so can result in denial of warranty repairs.
Terms & Conditions
Service Plans do not include additional items (including but not limited to): brake pads/discs/shoes, wiper blades, clutches, tyres, bulbs, body damage, or any item replaced out-side of the manufacturers service schedules, which needs replacement due to wear & tear or misue. Additional services will need to be paid for separately. MG Motor UK Service Plans can be transferred to another MG Motor UK vehicle.
